For the longest-lasting look
-Start with clean, fully dried hands washed with soap and water.
-Always apply a base coat.
-Apply a thin layer of color—scientifically proven to adhere better and last longer! Let dry two minutes.
-Apply a second thin layer of color and let dry two minutes more.
-Always finish with a top coat.
