Shipping & Returns
Daisy Organics is happy to offer returns for any unused, unopened, undamaged product in its original packaging within 5 days of the order date. We ask that you please contact us immediately knowing an item needs to be returned. Customers are responsible for the shipping method and cost. We will refund the total amount minus the shipping fee in the form of a store credit. In order to minimize returns we are happy to send out a sample if they are available. Please note that when making the switch to any new skincare or hair care routine you need to allow yourself and your body to adjust to the new products. This adjustment takes a few weeks. In order to ensure your satisfaction and to avoid returns we are always available by Direct Message on Social Media or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to answer any and all question or concerns you have about any product we carry. We are happy to help you find the product you are looking for!
